Your role

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing innovative and engaging user experiences and graphic interfaces for our digital solutions, as well as creating Brand Identity consistent with the business objectives of our clients. You will work closely with the development and marketing teams to ensure that our digital products are not only aesthetically pleasing and easy to use but also functional and in line with the expectations of the target audience.

What will you do?

• — Design user interfaces for software, websites, and mobile applications
• — Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• — Conduct user research and usability tests
• — Take care of the visual identity of the products
• — Collaborate with the development team to implement design consistently and effectively
• — Participate in creative brainstorming and develop new design ideas
• — Create brand identity consistent with business objectives
• — Collaborate with the marketing team to create the design of digital content

Requirements

• — Degree in Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design or similar
• — Minimum 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer
• — Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD
• — Knowledge of UI/UX best practices and responsive design principles
• — Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Nice to have

• — Web design courses
• — Create Landing Page and responsive Websites
• — Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• — Experience with no-code development tools (e.g. Framer, Webflow)
• — Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• — Ability to create illustrations and animations
• — Experience with UX analysis software (Hotjar, Crazy Egg)
• — Portfolio with examples of previous projects
